👤About Me
I’m Hongyi Duan (aka 段弘毅/Dann Hiroaki/ Frank H. Duan), currently an undergraduate student (2021 fall intake) at the XJTU in the Faculty of EIE. I will pursue my PhD (2025 fall intake) at the HKUST (GZ) in DSA Thrust, honorably advised by Prof. Shangqi Lu.

Research Interests
- Database. ANN/Similarity search, Vector DB, GPU accelerated query.
- AI4Science. Optimisation of GSMM(Genome-scale metabolic model) based on PINNS.
- Deep Learing. Time-series forecasting based on the optimized Informer.
